Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order has not arrived within 30 days (UK)and tracking shows no delivery.
Refund Request Timeframe
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible.
